The hotel was fabulous, clean, in a nice area. We got room with great decor and a large bathroom to relax. Very good and polite staff at the reception desk and nothing was trouble for them.

Quaint hotel with huge rooms, WONDERFUL views of the Matterhorn mountain. Location near to the mountains and the centre of the town and the valley rather than towards the matterhorn.

The hotel's impressive selection of whiskies and cigars in the lounge bar was a delight! The ice rinks in the village provided free fun. The breakfast buffet and evening meals were delicious. The hotel's artwork and craftsmanship were captivating. The terrace was a sunny haven.
Missing the witty signs directing me to the ice rinks. How will I ever find them without them?

We have received a beautiful room on the top floor with a view of the Matterhorn. The furnishings were incredibly cosy and the fireplace, which was also allowed to be used, made the stay one of the most beautiful Christmas holidays. Brilliant!

I had a wonderful time at Hotel Alex. We stayed for a weekend to celebrate our couple birthday. The hotel had a real "soul" and unique areas to relax in. The staff was friendly and dedicated to making our stay enjoyable. The luxurious suite had a beautiful view of the Matterhorn. The hotel had a variety of activities and amenities, including a huge swimming pool, sauna, hammam, tennis. The breakfast had a good variety and the croissants were delicious. The hotel is conveniently located near the main railway station and train to the ski areas, as well as shopping, restaurants, and ski rental.

staying at this hotel was truly a delight. the quirky and luxurious decor, along with the excellent facilities like the pool, made our stay even more enjoyable. we felt special from the moment we arrived until we left on the train. the food at the restaurant was some of the best we've ever had, and the service was top-notch.
